What areas do you service?

We currently provide service to all of Hanover, Rockland, Abington, Pembroke and parts of Hanson.

If we do not serve your area, contact us with your needs and we may be able to work something out.

What if I need to cancel a service?

No problem. Just call before 8:30am on the day of the scheduled service and we will cancel with no charge to you.

Who are your dog walkers?

Just my husband, Kevin, and I! We are  small but capable I assure you!

We believe in keeping our client base manageable with personalized service. Dog Owner to Dog Owner.

How many dogs do you walk/run at once?

Never more than 3 dogs at a time, preferring to keep it to one dog at a time if at all possible. The dogs appreciate the attention and its safer for everyone involved. This way we can tailor the walk/run specifically to your dogs needs. A puppy is going to keep a faster pace than an older dog.

Dog Runs are always limited to one dog at a time.

When do you walk the dogs?

That’s up to you! We know that everyone’s schedule is different and we work around your needs.

In the event that you are out of town, we offer around the clock service, usually 3 visits a day at $15.00 per visit.

We are available 365 days a year! All we ask is for 2day notice for all weekend services.

What about bad weather!? This is New England!

Nothing will keep us from a scheduled service unless the conditions outside are hazardous. ie: extreme ice, blizzard, state of emergency.

If your dog hates the rain/snow/cold we will just pop out for a quick potty break and spend the rest of our time playing indoors.

Also in the event of rain or snow, we will towel dry off your dog before letting him free to romp on your furniture. : )

When is payment due? What types of payment do you accept?

Clients who stick to a set schedule are billed at the end of the month.

Clients who do not stick to a schedule and book as needed are billed bi-weekly.

We will email the invoice to you with a detailed log of all visits.

Currently we are only accepting cash and checks as forms of payment but hope to have PayPal set up soon.

What is your key policy?

We strongly encourage all clients to leave a key on file with us. If you are booking less than once a week, you may use a hide-a-key if desired.

Kevin and I are the ONLY ones with access to your home and we take that responsibility very seriously.

Where do I sign up!?

Call anytime, email us, or fill out the Request/Contact form found at the top of our home page. We will promptly set up an in home visit with you and your dog to go over scheduling, policies and any remaining questions you may have.
